How does it work?
WHAT IS A “BEST RATE”?
As used in our advertising, “best rate” means a rate on another website that is $1.00 or more lower than the room rate at which you booked on our website. The other website’s rate must be publicly available for viewing and booking, and be for the same room type, same number of guests, same currency and for the same date(s) as ours.
If you do find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of booking your reservation with us (not including 3rd party membership promotions), simply follow the directions below.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FIND A LOWER RATE?
To proceed with the claim please send us ALL the following information via email to email@example.com:
a. Guest Name
b. Check In/Check out Date
c. Website address where you found the lower rate
d. A screenshot featuring the date and time at which you found the lower rate. The screenshot must show the dates of travel, room type, rate and inclusions.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS TO GET THE GUARANTEE?
The rate on the other website must be for the same room type, same number of guests, same currency and for the same date(s), as ours. The other website’s rate must also be publicly available for viewing and booking. All of these conditions must still be in place at the time your claim is processed.
Our front desk must be able to verify the lower Internet rate and the other information above for the applicable date(s).
This guarantee is available on new bookings only and does not apply to specials that our Hotel offers.
We will respond to you verifying if the rate meets all of the terms and conditions. Once confirmed, the reservation will be modified in order to match the lower rate and corresponding discount. If the rate does not meet all the terms and conditions, within the same time frame, an email will be sent to you explaining which conditions did not apply.
