Every summer in Vancouver, there are free outdoor movies at various venues around downtown Vancouver. Outdoor movies are a great way to bring the community together. People can bond over a movie playing on a big screen while enjoying some food and the company of family or friends. And the best part about it- it’s free! Below, we have given you the list of movies playing at different venues that are close and convenient to get to from the Victorian Hotel.

Before going to one of these outdoor movies, we would like to give you a few tips on how to make the most out of your night.

TIP #1: Go early! These movies are quite popular, so to ensure you get a good spot (and parking around the area), you should set up your blankets or lawn chairs to reserve your spot.

TIP #2: As it tends to get colder later in the night, we recommend bringing a sweater and/or blankets to keep warm. Depending on the location, you may want to bring bug spray if you want to avoid mosquitoes.
